“Sunset over the Mountains” |
The inspiration for my painting was a beautiful picture of a mountain with a lake in the front, surrounded by flowers that I found on the Internet. I did several layers of blue, purple, and white on my lake, and layers of green for the grass. I purposly did not mix the red and purple for the sky because I liked the multicolored look. The mountains are all different shades because real mountains are not all the same boring shade of gray.
