Artist Bio
I was born in the beautiful city of Madison Wisconsin. I would say living in such an interesting city has influenced my art greatly. I try not to paint photographs but more of what I think the picture really is. Therefore I have developed a style of art unique to me. I try to combine a sense of abstract and surrealism in all of my paintings.
The only median I will use is oil. I feel as if oil is the best because I am able to use so many different techniques. I sometimes will use acrylic, but only if it is truly needed. I don't really like acrylic because it drys too fast and has little transparency.
